Mathieu, who are you, where are you?
I’ve decided to live my life instead of undergo life. I want to go on dreaming. After 6 years in a training center, 3 diplomas and a one month employment contract, I follow my desires. Living this life, the present, give me happiness and I try, as far as possible, to share in all my activities (edition, workshops, conferences, consulting). That’s why I say I’m a « little seeds sower ».
I’m working as an itinerant farmer for a short while, and I love it.
Since november 2011, I’m a nomad, living few weeks here and there in alternative places, mainly in France. I have covered 1000 miles between France and Spain. Now I’m going back to Bretagne, my birth place.
What is individual transition?
The term individual transition is dealing with the Gandhi adage « Be the change you want to see in the world ». Firstly, you have to believe in yourself, to leave indignation for creation. We live in a society where people always feel worthless, and few take advantage in this situation. Give faith to anyone, is the first step to start a change of society.
Can you explain the "citizen in transition" project?
It’s a way to promote individual transition, while sharing family experiences, groups experiences wich are engaged on this way. There’s a lot to do. For example, after one year, the association has no bank account cause active members are busy...
What is your goal in 2013?
I’m waiting a response for a training provided by REPAS network, a kind of alternative mentoring. If the response is positive, I will be immersed in 12 alternative places for 4 month, a condensed of the year I’ve passed. Then, I will go on with my nomad way of life, off ordinary professionnal framework : no salary and the less spending as possible. Meanwhile, members of the association are more and more requested to share their experiences. For exemple, an high school just asked us to come and talk during the sustainable development days they have. Share my life between land and transmission, that’s what I want to do for the coming years.

What do you think of "BiodiverCity"?
I prefer the idea of Diversity. Opinion diversity, wildlife species diversity, fulfillment diversity, culture diversity… For me respect and consideration of differencies are essential for self fulfillment of human being, for a better world. So « BiodiverCity, why not !
